The return process is standardised and doesn’t depend on your departure terminal. You will first return your vehicle to the central rental car facility following the signs. After you have completed the return process, you will board the free LAX-it shuttle bus. This shuttle makes stops at every single terminal on the departures level, so you can simply exit the bus when it announces your airline’s terminal.
