Driving on rural Nevada highways at night requires extra caution. These roads are often unlit, making visibility poor outside the reach of your headlights. If you are driving a larger vehicle, always pay close attention to the height clearance signs posted at the entrance of every resort parking garage. While most are built to accommodate standard SUVs, taller passenger vans may not fit. Be especially cautious on the ramps between levels and in corners, as the turns can be much tighter than they appear. Driving slowly and taking wide turns is best practice.
