To cancel your reservation, you only need to use our livechat service. It is located at the bottom right part of your screen on desktop version, or at the top right part on mobile version.

• Click on the cancel button that appears in the Live Chat.
• Enter the reservation confirmation number that was sent to your email.
• Then, enter the email address you used for the reservation.
• Carefully read the cancellation policies that will be displayed before confirming the cancellation of the reservation.
• Once you have read the cancellation policies and decide to proceed with the cancellation, press the "Cancel" button.
• Finally, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your reservation. The money will be refunded to your card within 7 to 10 business days.
